Location: This position is 100% in-office based out of the United Center in Chicago, IL. Candidates must either currently reside in Chicago or be willing and able to relocate prior to the position's start date at their own expense. Relocation assistance is not being offered for this position.
Hours: Standard business hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm / Monday – Friday. However, this position has game-day responsibilities and will require non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the department and the company event schedule.

Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is $50,000. This role will be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.

Position Summary:

The Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships Operations will assist with successful delivery across all aspects of corporate partnership fulfillment and organization. This individual will use attention to detail and self-starting skills to support the entire Corporate Partnerships team with partnership fulfillment, partner and prospect hospitality coordination, and proof of performance support for recaps, case studies, activations, and renewals. A successful candidate will stand out from the crowd if they have great written and oral communication skills, an interest in partnership marketing, and a strong desire to be successful in corporate partnerships for a professional sports team.

How You’ll Contribute:

Partnership & Account Support

  • Support the Account Management team with day-to-day partnership fulfillment and execution, ensuring client and contractual commitments are delivered accurately and on time.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Creative, Content, Broadcast, and United Center Operations, as well as external vendors, to execute partnership elements seamlessly.

  • Manage photo request lists and track proof of performance for partner assets and deliverables.

  • Maintain tracking documents, schedules, and fulfillment records to ensure partnership commitments are organized and executed effectively.

Hospitality, Ticketing & Experiences

  • Manage partner & prospect hospitality and ticketing logistics, including suites, banquet parties, group ticket allotments, partner season tickets, check-in, parking, and guest lists.

  • Create and maintain charts for partner suites, banquet parties, VIP experiences, group tickets, and other hospitality needs.

  • Coordinate partner VIP experiences, including penalty box experiences, on-ice anthem experiences, Zamboni entrances and rides, player bench seats, and head coach meet-and-greets.

  • Partner with Levy to coordinate food and beverage ordering and hospitality needs for partner & prospect meetings and hospitality.

  • Schedule and coordinate Blackhawks Ambassador appearances for partner banquet parties and other in-arena and out-of-arena events, including game days and non-game days.

Activation, Fulfillment & Event Logistics

  • Support the execution of in-market partnership activations and events, including transportation, parking, scoreboard messaging, signage, guest logistics, and on-site event support.

  • Manage storage and inventory of partnership-related items, including gifts, giveaways, promotional materials, and other branded assets.

  • Coordinate shipping and fulfillment of promotional giveaways, gifts, signed jerseys, and other items.

  • Track promotional giveaway fulfillment and conduct outreach to contest and sweepstakes winners to coordinate prize delivery.

  • Coordinate signage installation and placement across the United Center and Blackhawks Ice Center.

  • Coordinate travel logistics for meetings, fly-away trips and out-of-market activations, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and on-site experiences.

  • Provide on-site support for out-of-market activations and events, including occasional travel as required.

  • Manage event logistics and special projects as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and supporting the broader partnership team as needed.

Player Stats and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree completed
  • 1 – 2+ years of relevant work experience (post-graduation)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Premiere Pro preferred, and/or basic AI tools; ability to learn and adapt to new technology and software
  • Basic knowledge of partnership activation, sponsorship sales, and sports/entertainment marketing partnerships practices
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive, positive relationships
  • Natural curiosity, creativity, and innovation
  • Flexible and reliable team player who acts in the best interest of the department and the Company
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as may be dictated by game and event schedule
